Two hands raised in the air, celebrating success or another joyous event.
Originally animated to show hands being raised, as might be done along with the the exclamation Banzai! in Japan. Now more commonly only shows the hands in the air.
Raising Hands was approved as part of Unicode 6.0 in 2010 under the name โPerson Raising Both Hands in Celebrationโ and added to Emoji 1.0 in 2015.
